Masdar City was built as a sustainability demonstrator and licenses clean energy, environmental technology and sustainability consulting alongside a broader commercial list. Pricing sits well below comparable Dubai zones and it allows remote incorporation, which makes it a credible value play for a company that can tell a sustainability story.
The constraint is location: Abu Dhabi, roughly ninety minutes from central Dubai. If your clients and your life are in Dubai, the saving is partly notional.
